Alexandra Merienne,
Water treatment Study Engineer

Alexandra Merienne, Water Treatment Engineering Manager at Stereau.
«It's the very concrete dimension of the engineering manager's job that attracted me. At Stereau, I quickly had the opportunity to work on large-scale projects and follow them through from A to Z.»

For Alexandra, preserving the environment and water resources is a vocation that contributes to her professional and personal development.

Holder of a DUT in Chemistry, and a Licence professionnelle in water and aqueous waste treatment from the IUT in Orsay. After completing a Master 1 in Environmental Sciences and Engineering, Alexandra joined the Master 2 Aquatic Systems and Water Management program run jointly by École des Ponts ParisTech, Université Paris Cité and Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC). After a year of alternating within the Engineering Department, she joined the Stereau team as a Study Engineer.

As a young engineer, her missions at Stereau are essential. It carries out technical studies in the tender and/or implementation phase, in close collaboration with our project management engineers, evaluates the various technical options and draws up the associated costings. In this way, Alexandra is helping to design more sustainable, sober and resilient water treatment plants, tailored to the specific needs of our customers.

We are particularly pleased to be able to support and train young, motivated and enthusiastic professionals in positions of technical excellence, who, like Alexandra, make environmental protection a priority.
