Climate change is increasing pressure on water resources, with more frequent periods of drought and insufficient groundwater recharge.<\/strong> Against this backdrop, limiting withdrawals from the natural environment is a major challenge if we are to guarantee sustainable access to drinking water and preserve aquatic ecosystems. Every cubic metre saved helps to strengthen the resilience of our regions in the face of future water-related challenges. Integrating water-saving solutions into the design of water treatment infrastructures helps to limit the impact on the resource and ensure a more resilient supply.<\/p>

Following the example of the Croix-Cholin drinking water production plant in Saint-Brieuc (C\u00f4tes-d’Armor), we implement technological innovations at the plants we design and build to optimize treatment while reducing water losses.<\/p>

Against a backdrop of increasing pressure on water resources, the new Croix-Cholin drinking water plant, built by Stereau for Saint-Brieuc Armor Agglom\u00e9ration, embodies a sustainable and responsible approach to water treatment. With a production capacity of 1,850 m\u00b3\/h, it supplies 150,000 inhabitants, while incorporating technological solutions that optimize its efficiency and reduce its water footprint.
